E.ON Next is moving its customers to a modern sign-in system that removes direct access to Kraken, the system behind E.ON Next’s accounts that EnergyDock connects to. EnergyDock can’t yet sign in to accounts that have been moved; accounts not yet moved work fully, and an account already connected before the move stays connected through its API key.
